A phone call or a text message is the best way to book a tour with us on short notice. You can reach us by phone or through the apps WhatsApp or Line at 090-7677-6497. From outside Japan, dial +81-90-7677-6497. You can also contact us on Line at the ID fujibiketour.

We answer phone calls during our business hours (8 am to 6 pm Japan time) and sometimes outside those hours. If we don't answer your phone call, please leave a message with your name, phone number and/or email address. You can send us a text message anytime of day or night, and we will respond as promptly as possible.

Optional Services and Upgrades

Pick up and drop off service
For a party of one to seven people at a hotel or other location within 10 minutes of Kawaguchiko Station, our fee is 3,000 Japanese yen for pick up by car before your tour or drop off after, and 6,000 Japanese yen for both pick up and drop off. Please select which of these services you want below.

Pedal upgrades
We charge a fee of 4,000 Japanese yen per bike to mount clipless pedals before your tour so you can use your cycling shoes. Please select the number of bikes on which you would like us to mount each of the following types of clipless pedals.
